I live just off Gympie Road so not the prettiest section of Chermside and a lot of traffic noise and pollution continuously.
However lots of plus points. So convenient everything you need at Westfields. The library is fantastic for children also as is the aquatic centre. Lots of great childrens play areas in Chermside and surrounding suburbs and great bus links.
