"Better places to live"
I have lived in St. Albans for two years now and I currently am looking to move as I just had a baby. I don't want to bring her up in this area. It is predominantly Asian and lower class people in this area. All the shops don't appeal to me as they are all Asian so it's hard to even go to the shops and have a coffee. The streets are dirty the houses are old even the local Safeway is horrible. Mum and I have had many problems down at Safeway with random crazy people causing problems. The Main Street alfrieda is a nightmare to drive down. The only positive is the close proximity to the city. I have loved that and it's a short train ride to the city. Having said that there is a lot of works going on on the sunbury line so often during school holidays you have to catch a bus and a train to get to the city and it's a massive drainer. It's a great place for Vietnamese people but if you're looking to raise a family in a clean and safe area I would go up the road to keilor or deer park

- Never had a problem safety wise except down at Safeway
- Fresh chilli cafe
- Good Transport
- Accessible
- Affordable
Not great for
- Can't even shop at Safeway
- Not enough western shops

Keep out of St.Albans and keep your negative and disparaging comments to yourself. There are hundreds of hard working families that are proud of their purchase that are happy and love living there. Who the hell are you to run their dream and happiness of living there down? Go back to the slime pit you crawled out of and die quietly on the side of the road.

Your full of your own self conceit and an oxygen thief. I'm not into real estate sales just to let you know how presumptuous and ignorant you are. I would say you have had some bad dealings with an agent and hate the world because of it. I actually enjoy going to St.Albans for the Vietnamese food after we enjoyed a trip to Vietnam as we live in Mt. Macedon and it's the closed place to really good Vietnamese food. When we are there we see beautiful families getting about with their business and have sweet children with them. To hear dumb ass comments from people like you that put down an area where people are settling in and have made a new life for themselves from third world or developing countries like Sudan/SE.Asia etc. makes me sick and you need to shut your ugly mouth as only bad things will happen to you as anyone with your attitude are only heading downwards and want to drag others with you. Get a life for your own sake!
