Certainly one of the quietest streets in Peregian Springs, it's nestled in between two golf fairways (the 14th & 15th fairways, hence the name). There is no through traffic creating a peaceful environment to live, it is also within a neighbour traffic area where the speed limit is 40kph. There is no mass housing, no small housing blocks, No Villas or Units. The peace and quiet attracts residents of similar needs. All this, yet so close and within walking distances of two quality schools.
