Lovefishing

Hampstead Gardens has changed significantly in the last few years, with alot of gentrification taking place. It is very close to the city in the inner north east of Adelaide. Public transport is good and it has all facilities close by.

Morphettville is a great place to live. Close to the beaches with lots of public transport and Anza chighway making the city very easy to get too. It is close to Marion shopping centre and there are heaps of parks and play grounds within the suburb. There is currently alot of development going onwith the housing trust demolishing existing trsut homes and selling them to developers. I believe that this area will continue to have strong price increases, with all of the development and gentification.
