Having lived in Woy Woy and the Peninsula for 26 years i have seen the positive and negative sides to this area.

Positives. Beaches, Waterways, Climate, National Parks, Proximity to Rail Lines.

Negatives: High Unemployment, Rail Carpark a hot spot for thieves, Vandalism caused by Teens at night (mainly at the local surf clubs and Umina Shopping Centre). Lack of entertainment for under 18's. Lack of good restaurants.

I have lived in Narara for the past 9 years. Great place to live, handy to Trains and F3 Freeway. minutes to regional shopping at Erina and Tuggerah. Central Coasts best beaches 15 - 20 minutes by car. Great place for the kids with lots of young families within the area.
