I lived here for 27 years and it’s a great neighbourhood feel. The schools nearby are good and the proximity to shops and services is fantastic but... you need transport by car or bus. Walking anywhere is far unless you live on the doorstep of the services nearby which make the roads constantly congested. Entering the house market here could provide its challenges for some.

12 years ago, we moved into a suburb id only heard negative things about. My wife assured me that the area was up and coming and it would be an ideal place to raise a family, and she was right on the money.
The proximity to services, medical needs, restaurants, shopping and physical places like the Mornington Peninsula and beaches is almost unbeatable; without being in the thick of it constantly.
The housing game isn’t completely ridiculous either, there are still some bargains in Carrum D's
