Stake Hill

"A piece of paradise for nature lovers"

Awesome serenity, a quick 9 km drive to Mandurah foreshore, medical facilities, schools etc. Secluded and basically unknown. Most people confuse it with Stake Hill Road, Baldivis. Strong community spirit and vigilant interest in unusual activitiy. Locals will voice concern. Tranquil setting for bush lovers - you will never think you are in a city, feels like the country with its abundance of wildlife - great for country relocators such as my family. Like a camping trip only you are home. Friends refer to my home as the holiday retreat! The only down side - buy lots of aerogard MOSQUITOES 24/7. Small price to pay for paradise. A cliche I know BUT true.
I'm a local who shouldn't be revealing the Dream! Great value if you purchase now. No one knows about it except the lucky people who own homes. I stumbled upon it searching the internet. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!
