"the gap"

I have lived in the gap for the past 2 years and have found it a dump with bogans and much rather the inner city

Not great for

Public transport good, not great
Has its good and bad parts
No decent food options
Peak hour traffic on Samford Road
Peak hour traffic on Waterworks Road

That is absolute nonsense ! The Gap is one of the safest, nicest , most beautiful suburbs in Brisbane. Been here 15 years and brought up a family here and wouldn't live anywhere else.
