"Not a bad place to live - pick the right street"
We moved here not long ago, our home was affordable and has increased in value since we purchased. we live on a tree line street, all with large blocks of land. My street is lovely, but many others in the suburb are a bit iffy. The suburb is being gentrified as young families move in and renovate etc.
