It’s a leafy, lovely suburb, but in retrospect could do with a lot of upgrades!
- No train line, and while the CBD is close, is quite far from major shopping centres, and poorly connected to lots of other major roads. Jubilee Tce & Waterworks always super busy.
- Has the worst designed car parks in all of Brisbane - most of the businesses (Coles, Pizza Hut area, West Ashgrove) could do with being demolished and rebuilt from scratch.
- V, limited night entertainment considering how close to town. A lovely rooftop bar wouldn’t go astray.
- nothing to do on weekends, unless you count gps footy and walking the dog through the lovely parks.
