Luke

I grew up not far from this street and used to play in the park back in the day. I left the Sunshine Coast for over a decade knowing I'd move back to Buderim to raise a family and this Dr always stood out to me. Big flat blocks, good size single story brick houses (mostly) quiet drive with a cul de sac, big park, close to schools and as close to the beach as I like. The Dr is has a tonne of young families like my own. After living all over the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane including Paddington, Wilston, Bardon. This is my favourite spot.
