There are a couple great primary schools and one of the most popular, bustling local shopping centres in the southern suburbs 5 minutes away. There are many parks, so always somewhere for the children to play or to walk the dog near by.

Room for a boat , I can be in the swan in 10 minutes from down near point Walter.
