"Quiet Family Suburb"
Quiet family friendly suburb, close drive to Wynnum-Manly shore, 8 minute drive to Carindale Westfield, close to Gumdale & Manly West shops/Restaurants, great walking tracks.

"Great Bayside Boaty Suburb"
Great for the out-doors type, long walks along the water, has local Marina (Manly), direct access to bay for boats, small beach off Esplanade (Pandanus Beach), 18 Kms to Brisbane CBD, solid returns on property, Great off-leash dog parks, Tree lined streets & Esplanade, character housing.

Agree about the need for cafés and shops, if they build them they will come. Wynnum is on the cusp of becoming a great suburb.
