I've lived here for just over a year, and I love it! It is quiet and tucked out of the way. There are a few shops (so it's easy to get essentials without driving anywhere), and the beach is quiet.

It is not far to the shopping centres at Bateau Bay and/or Erina Fair, and has a nice mixture of bushland and beach.

If you want a medical centre on the doorstep, and/or lively nightlife, this suburb isn't for you; but if you want to live next to a quiet beach, you may want to consider it.
