Most people are friendly but stick to themselves (which is great) Its kid friendly with alot of families with kids & a lovely park for the kids to play. Everyone says hi!..Traffic is moderate although now & then people need to consider the kids. Unfortunately there are way too many cats running around and fouling up other neighbours gardens.( Responsible Cat Ownership...Keep them on ur own property!!!)
Its a reasonably quiet place, not the place for out of control, dusk to dawn parties, as most people work & have kids.. and most like it that way!. Its a fairly safe place where most neighbours look out for each others properties.....Overall a great place to live.
