Lyndoch

"Out of town, but close enough"

Lyndoch was a compromise for my husband and myself. He wanted country-a couple of acres for the kids, and I needed to be close to suburbia and the trappings it brings. Lyndoch is the perfect place for us. Still only 1/2 hour to TTP or Elizabeth for shopping. You can get to TTP the back way and have no traffic lights-fantastic!

Friendly atmoshphere, I have quickly met and made friends with many other locals. There are lots of families moving in with many children now around for mine to play with.

I live in a court and the kids ride their bikes to the neighbours to play, with me knowing all the houses on the way are safe and I know they will keep an eye out for my kids. We have a street party at least once a year to get together and catch up.

The Lyndoch Pub is great for a reasonably priced meal and friendly service. The local 'supermarket' is handy for last minute groceries, but Gawler and Tanunda are only 15mins or so away if you require more.
