We have resided in Bullen Circiut for Two Years and have found it to be a great street for young as well as retired couples.
The street has several young children and is a safe area, There are several parks in the general Jubilee crossing area and it is a great area for walking the dog or just walking.
We are close to the Logan Motorway and have not found it to be a problem, the area has all amenities that are no more than five minutes away.
Grand Avenue State school is within walking distance and walking paths lead all the way to Forest Lake shopping centre, also close to Mt Ommaney, Brown Plains and Indooroopilly.
Adsl is available however limited, ( Telstra RIM) Wireless is Very Good.
Good access to Logan Motorway for travel to Airport, Near New Richland Railway Station, 35 minutes from City Centre via Centenary Highway
