Great area with some lovely homes on acerage. People are friendly and you are close to Golf Clubs, and not to far from Mudgerraba and Robina. Great Schools in area.

Oak Street is full of lovely large homes on acerage, the area is very clean and friendly. Many of the properties cannot be seen from the Street but present as exceptional. It is a little hidden area as it is not well known that it is an acerage area, as it is so close to the Township. I could not believe that these very large, well presented homes existed in this area, it is truely a hidden jewell. Very little traffic enters the Street with the exception of the occupants. The only negative I could find when I visited was when turning in from Beaudesert Road, and traffic was approaching from the lights. Just a lovely, lovely Street.

Oak Street, Nerang is a very quite Street just a stones throw from central Nerang, It is very quite and is mostly owner occupied large acerage homes of a high quality. The neighbourhood is very friendly and most gardens present as large tropical oasis, just a drive up the Street allows you to see the gardens, although most of the homes cannot be viewed from the Street. Inside these homes and tropical gardens allows you the dream of any tropical paradise you may wish. Oak Street is one of the forgotten paradises around Nerang. To be able to live on acerage in a very large property and still be so close to shops, medical centres, schools and the M1 is great. This is a safe area and great for young and old alike.
