I have lived in Waroona for 24 years. This subdivision just behind golf course is special residential. Neighbours are quiet, friendly and helpful. The community spirit still exists in Waroona as it hasn't got too big so people are only too happy to help you, if you wish. If you appreciate wildlife the kangaroos roam freely through this subdivision and every year you see them in your garden with their new joeys. Also birdlife abounds. It is just beautiful.
