Arpenteur Drive

"Main artery through Settlers Hills Estate, Baldivis, great presentation, great community feel."

Well presented entry street into Settlers Hills. Lined with large established Flame Trees. Good quality homes and friendly, active people. Small complex consisting continental deli (has everything), hairdresser (upmarket), the highly acclaimed 'Steel Tree' Restaurant (named after the magnificent sculpture situated in one of the many nearby parks, overlooking the community), Real Estate Agent and Fish and Chip Shop. Home to the traditional style cricket pavillion and oval. Arpenteur Drive is a beautiful welcoming entry in to the Settlers Hills Community.

Coldicott Terrace

"Great Community, vibrant and well maintained"

Love this street, just a great community feel, surrounding parklands are well maintained and there is a strong sense of community pride. This is enhanced by the majority of well presented and maintained properties in the area. Nestled in amongst bands of natural bushland, but offering pockets of beautifully designed and presented public open spaces (plentiful) this area is our best kept secret! Coldicott Terrace is so close to the centre of it all, not one block down we have a beautiful waterway boasting undulating lawns and modern picnic facilities and conveniences. Ten minute walk to the new shopping centre, providing businesses with style and class. A primary school etching it's name into the list of top primary schools in Perth, easily, is also ten minutes by foot from Coldicott Terrace, and that's straight down the breathtaking Arpenteur Drive, lined with Flame Trees that seem to have been there for a century. I could go on...
