We lived in the upper end of the street (70-80) for a couple of years, and found it a nice neighborly street. I'm not much of a fan on Halloween, but a fair few houses seemed to get into the spirit of it, which was good for the kids. Traffic was low with only the occasionally hoon, mostly a quite street.
