Embleton

"Close to everything you need, but quiet too."

I've lived in Embleton for 13 years and love it. Really quiet, great neighbourhood and close to shops, city and transport access. Direct bus to Mt Lawley and city, short walk to Baysie train station and Tonkien Highway is very close. I love it here and think it is undervalued for it's location. Get in while you can.

Gatton Way

"Love it. Quiet street, close to everything."

I've lived here for 14 years and both my neighbours for 40. Why leave? It's a great neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. People look out for each other's houses, not that you need to. The 'way' gives us dual access to other streets, but there's never any through traffic as it's no short cut. People seem to be very stable residents and look after their houses and gardens, and I'm not aware of any anti-social behaviour. There's a bus direct to the city just a street away, or it's very close by car or bike. A marked cycle lane takes you to Bayswater train station and from there it's a dedicated cycle path to the CBD. I love it here.
