Lovely little pocket of Perth. Most who live here don’t leave as it has such a great community. Beautiful parks perfect for families and dogs.

We've recently moved to Bassendean and the sense of community, the primary school, the best bakery, the pub and all the new business popping up - we could not be happier. Lots of young people and families moving in bringing a new fresh vibe. There is so much potential for the suburb with a very unique feel that no other suburb in Perth really has for the value, being so close to the river, airport, swan valley, and direct to the city. Watch this space.
