It is a friendly area to live but the roads are very annoying and we are constantly finding shortcuts as no road is straight and you can easily get car sickness if you need to drive from one end to the other. The other thing is I look out my window and I can literally see 14houses no trees and we are all living on top of another so much I can hear when the people beside and behind my house have an argument. With no trees I believe you can spend the same money and live in a nicer area of penrith
