Close to city and everything. But this place is not suitable as a residential area. The road is very busy and neighbours are not so co operative. Good place for singles and students.

Lovely friendly neighbours, mostly quiet and good residential area. Residents are connected to nature with 33 hectares of landscaped parks, 17 hectares of beautiful natural bushland and 10 hectares of conservation wetlands.
Walking distance to Wellard Train station and connecting bus also available very frequently at door step. The roads are newly built, so nice and tidy.
There will be a local supermarket, cafes, medical services, a newsagency, child care centre and community centre at a bustling Village Centre.
The Kwinana beach under 10 minutes drive. I love this place and always recommend everybody.
