Laverton is a forgotten gem. Big blocks, 17km from city, buses, trains and easy freeway access and very quiet (sometimes feels like a country town)

Alot of the more rundown houses are being bought up and turned into new townhouses, and Hobsons Bay Council are really putting in the effort to turn Lavertons many parks into great places for families and friends to hang out in. This is not the Laverton people remember from the 90's/early 2000's.

New cafes and shops are popping up and I am very keen to see how good Lavo looks in 5/10 years time.

Can't buy anywhere this good for the price!
