There is a good bond within our street. Women meet once a month in the street and have coffee, not all but most.
We have street Xmas party attended by most.

Overall, a great street and great place to raise a family.

We have lived in Pindara Estate for the past 5 years, just recently sold but purchased a much larger block in the same estate because we love the area.

Although we dont live on Pindara Boulevard, we live off it.

Highly recommend this estate if you want room, plenty of surrounding parkland, nice homes and if you close proximity to shops and schools.

Lived in Pindara for past 5years and own several other homes within Langwarrin.

It really is a great place and although a few people have said that it has a few teenagers, they are well behaved and many will move out within next few years......

It is a growing suburb with many new estates opening up or being developed.

I like this place better compared to Patterson Lakes where we lives before.
People in Langwarrin just seem more friendly.
