good luck getting good mobile phone service out here

Mostly an industrial area with very little appeal.

i think their are better alternatives on the GC

Traffic jams on and off the motor way. Isolated location. Great for starter homes. Lived here for 1 year.

overrated lived here for two years. to crowded and traffic jams constantly. Great dining but thats about it.

I have lived here for 10 years and wow has it changed. Give it another 5 years and the Luxury Real-estate market has well and truly taken over.

Just about every new project being built starts at the 3 million dollar mark for an apartment. So it will be interesting to see the empty tenancies that are slowly but surly filling throughout the city.

Not to mention the new ocean way path right along the front of the beach. The new and improved paradise Centre.

Amongst other new attractions.
