It’s small and cosy. Leafy with no traffic congestion. Small cafes popping up and a new Aldi too. No huge apartment blocks which is a bonus. Nice bungalow federation homes and solid older style units makes it a draw card. Relatively well priced. Much nicer than congested inner west and overpriced eastern suburbs. Has everything you need. Beaches nearby. Parks, shops, cafes and 20 minutes to the cbd. Just a good all round safe suburb.
