"Rural feel yet in the city."

Such a beautiful outlook over sea and countryside ...so quiet, peaceful, safe , no break ins or harassing.
Friendly helpful neighbours looking out for each other.
Great place to live after being on a farm- not aware of neighbours . Not hemmed in .
Can view the changing seasons over the land to the north & watch the ships come in in the east.
