Butler is a suburb on the rise. Only 40 minutes from the city, it has its own train station with the shopping centre just when you come off the train station. A child care centre walking distance to the train station. Beach is only minutes away. It is a well planned suburb which is still at affordable prices. The freeway will be extended past Butler and in the 2019 priority list is the railway extension to Yanchep. I have been leaving in Butler since 2013, the neighbourhood is quiet, can't complain. The development in the last few years is formidable, lots of shops along Butler Boulevard and more to come.
