Bondi Junction

"The gateway to Sydney's eastern suburbs"

I have worked in Bondi Junction for 14 years, with the past 5 spent at Belle Property. I'd describe this area as vibrant, convenient and diverse.

There are so many ways to spend an evening in Bondi Junction depending on your preferences...If you are after a great dinner and dancing Spring Street Social has a delicious new Asian tapas menu and live music nightly that is guaranteed you get your hips moving.

A movie night at Westfield’s Event Cinemas followed by dinner at one of the many restaurants they have on Level 6 or even the new Betty’s Burger on Level 5.

The food options are almost endless in Bondi Junction from casual Ramen dinners at Ichi Ban Boshi to Temaki Bar for modern Japanese to Italian dining at Osteria Riva. Bondi Junction will satisfy anyone on a night out.

Who wouldn’t I recommend Bondi Junction to? It’s one of those dynamic suburbs that facilitates so many. Young singles and couples love the convenience and gateway to the city for their long working days, and the easy access to Bondi Beach or Centennial Park on their days off.

For the older demographic convenience of shopping, doctors and amenities are literally at their doorstep. Of course, it is an investor's paradise, with the rental demand in the area always remaining strong.

More and more families are moving into Bondi Junction to the eastern and western ends which are closer to parks and slightly away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful mix of historic terraces of Queens Park and new homes. Everyone loves the convenience that they can be back home from work for dinner with their family as they are so close to the city.

For the best coffee, I have two favourites: Triple Pick for amazing coffee or Cook & Baker especially for the cakes and treats you can get with the coffee- their caramel slice is heaven!!!

Well, I might be biased but I think Bondi Junction is the best place to live so I give it a 10. It really is the gateway to the rest of the eastern suburbs.
