Clayfield
"Convenient, safe, and good primary schools"
All in all, Clayfield is a pretty good place in which to live.
Handy access to the airport and the city, while not being "too close" to either is the biggest advantage.
There are a few good restaurants in Clayfield itself, and Albion, Toombul, and Chermside are right nearby.
Kalinga park is great, and the primary schools here are some of the State's best.
It feels very safe. Maybe the only thing missing is a community vibe, but if you are the type of person who doesn't like knowing too much about your neighbours, then this just may be the place for you.
Who lives here?
- Families with kids
