Recently the Woolies store has had an upgrade, resembling where we lived before in Sandringham. The local CD regional plaza is full of life on a Saturday and we are happy with the local traders. I can only say that the more apartments built closer to the city, the more people with push out for space. We have a home on a block over 600sqm and we paid the same for it as our box in Sandy. Council rates are on the higher side but we see the return in local amenities and services. 4 years on and happy enough. People smile and chat of you make the effort.
