Crestmead is liveable and affordable. I grew up in the area and went to primary school and high school in the region.
The reason why people buy in the neighbourhood is still the same as it was when my parents bought and when I bought my first home. They can get a quality home great size property with good size land at an affordable price. The place is set up with loads of parklands, Dog walking parks, Basket Ball Parks skate parks, bike tracks. We have a Multimillion dollar parklands with boardwalks recently built close by in neighbouring Berrinba. There is schooling all around with state primary schools and High School also you have a private school as well. Loads of work opportunities with the Industrial park on our door step with some major companies and more to come.

This is unlike a lot of the affordable suburbs as the infrastructure is there with ample work opportunities. People are always willing to lend a hand.

Like all suburbs there are some less desirable areas but in general you should enjoy the stay.
