"Growing Murraylands hub with friendly locals"

Relatively new to area, but first impressions good. Welcoming locals, growing economy, some good restaurants (1924 Steakhouse a must) and growing arts & cultural scene. Commutable to Adelaide for hybrid staff.

"Beautiful chic harbourside living"

Starting my day off at Elizabeth Bay marina cafe with a coffee and stunning view over Sydney harbour is the perfect start to my day. Only a 25 minute walk to city or one stop on train from Kings Cross. Super convenient suburb with access to every conceivable need (cafes, shops, medical etc) within a 5 minute walk. Hard if not impossible to beat for singles, couples or small family. Only downside is property affordability but the same could be said for half of Sydney

"Friendly regional town close to wineries & coast"

I live in NSW but visited MG and the Limehouse Coast in 2022 for a short break. My first impression was how lovely and friendly the locals were. The town is pleasant with a few good eateries, a modest but reasonable shopping selection and based next to the beautiful Blue Lake. We enjoyed day trips out to Port McConnell to walk up the (dormant) volcano Mount Shank , Southend andPort McConnell for seafood. . For a young family I could understand the attraction of living here as it’s very affordable. My partner and I would love to return to visit one day especially to visit the local Coonawarra wine valley.
