"a little bit of the country not far from the city and the coast"
very quiet, no traffic, lots of trees/ good for horses/ animals
lots of native birds

- Quiet/private
- No traffic
- Easy drive to sprigfield/ university, schools, soon a train station 2013
Not great for
- Might have to pay extra to get a pizza delivered!
