Have recently moved to Sinagra and simply love it!! The best thing I like about Sinagra is the clean fresh environment, which is close to all accessible amenities. Most of the dwelling are newly built but the neighborhood is quite welcoming. House prices are very affordable, considering CBD to be exactly 30 minutes away.
