We moved to Rivervale 4 months ago and just love it, so close to evertything, parks, public transport, river and Perth City. It's very access to CBD. Most of the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. I noticed that a lot of old houses getting renovated/knocked down and there are quite a number of new houses getting built. I'd recemmend anyone to live in this affordable suburb. We always eat out at Vic Park or Northbridge so just only less than 10 minutes drive.
