Lot of business have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, it's like they want to take your money and get rid of you.
There is a LOT of price gouging for everything, when solar eclipse was here, everything was at least $2 more.
Price rise has happened three times while there for our stay.
I understand that business are really tried from serving so many people, NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH RUDENESS.
Also there is a massive conflict of interest as the president of the shire is being paid public money and she has two business of her own that got approval very quickly and so many people wait for approval to build houses.
WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN WITH TOWN
Build a bigger shopping centre to put IGA in so all tour bookings can go into one shop and free up smaller shops for new business.
Also build a area for a demountable city to help workers have a place to live. (There is a lot of homeless people up here)
Don't get me wrong, this place is a awesome country town, just NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
