Great street. Everybody is friendly - mostly home owners with a few renting. Never any issues and very rarely any late night parties and when there are they are pretty tame. Only about 700m from both the Aspley Hypermarket and Aspley Village (aka Robinson Rd Marketplace).

Great safe suburb in a very family orientated neighbouhood. Three public schools and two Catholic schools, Hypermarket and Aspley Village amongst many parks and activities. Also, a number of public transport options and easy access to sunshine coast via Gympie Rd or Gold Coast via Gateway Bridge.
