Tania Dr is a quiet cul de sac where families mingle and children play in the streets, close to the walk way and park yet far enough to not hear the road noise from Brisbane Water Dr.

Nice quiet suburb nestled along the banks on Brisbane water, less than 10 minute drive from the freeway and in between Gosford and Woy Woy. There is a walking/bike track that runs alongside the water all the way through Point Clare down into Tascott. There is an entry into the Brisbane Water National Park at the end of Penang St leading to several peaceful walks and outstanding water views. There is also a train station, Aldi and several take away food restaurants.
