Summer Hill just has this really warm, welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place where people say hi when you walk past and the baristas remember your name after a week. There’s a real sense of community here, everyone’s friendly without being in your face. You see families, older couples, young renters, all mixing in and getting along. It’s got that village feel but you’re still close to the city, which is kind of the best of both worlds. So nice to see community spaces like the Little BIG House (within the Flour Mill apartments but open to everyone) encouraging this friendly vibe!!
