Awesome place to live. Having come from renting an upmarket suburb in the inner city to purchase, our expectations of the suburb have well been exceeded. We were only planning to be here 2-3 years but are now looking to double or triple this time at least and raise our family here. Forget what it used to be, this place has potential screaming from the gentle rolling hills of the Keperra bushlands, right through to the leafy parks and golf course. Once the quarry has finished there will be no stopping Keperra's value. In terms of capital growth definitely a suburb to watch...
