Lascelles Avenue has been a wonderful location to live. We are the second generation in my family to live on the one plot of land and wouldn't think of selling up, the best location I have ever lived in. Fantastic location for young children with nearby parks, school and childcare. A mostly peaceful street, limited through traffic and friendly locals. One of the more attractive streets in the area with a tree lined street and most properties well cared for. Easy street access to Morphett and Sturt Rd for Marion shopping precinct, medical and new state swimming pool, Brighton Rd for beach, schools and north / south travel. A couple of minutes walk to Warradale or Oaklands train station with other regular bus service from main roads or from the Marion shops. Close enough to walk to shops, beach, schools and public transport.
