Balwyn
"Peaceful suburb with a touch of country setting but with all amenities available within reach"
Balwyn is a very desirable location to live in. Close to top public school, Balwyn High School, close to all top private schools (all reachable by tram), close to shops and public transport. Canopy trees are everywhere along residential streets and neighbours generally are helpful and friendly. Perfect place to raise a young family.

- Resale value of homes
- Beautiful tree lined streets
- Close proximity to shops, schools, cafe's and community services
- Plenty of lush green parks
