"Easy street with transport, trams, trains, buses."
I've lived here for a long time, seen many car acccident, peak-time it very busy. Whe freeway is closed Toorak Road is extra busy with car. When there is a tram and/or tram strike it with in walking distance to shops even the "CBD".
