Oxley Park is a hidden gem that is located around the boundary area of Penrith and Blacktown, which means you can easily access the good places between the two. For example, we can easily go to either Westfield Penrith or Mount Druitt. There's a lot of good restaurants around Rooty Hill area. M4 and M7 are a few minutes away, as well as the train going to CBD where I work. Metro station in St. Marys is already ongoing development, which will be connected to both Western Sydney Airport and the existing Metro line. Lower Blue Mountains is also 15-20 minutes away if you're into bush walking. Nepean Hospital is also there, or you can go to Mt. Druitt or even Westmead Hospital, which are both minutes away. Lots of homes here are older but the lands are way bigger. Far from bush fire areas and not flooding. This is a true hidden gem and this suburb will just get better in the future.
