Napier Close

"Older more established area where the neighbours generally keep to themselves."

Napier Close is located in the older area of Trinity Park. Most of the houses have not been renovated but are maintained to a pleasant standard. Some of the houses have the potential to be renovated and possibly extended as the blocks are quite large. Trinity Park is a northern beach suburb that is currently being developed with new estates i.e.: Bluewater Canopy and Smithfield Village. The older houses are increasing in value with the development of these new estates.

Fast food outlets, restaurants, medical services and other retail stores require a 5-10 minute drive. A bus service operates within walking distance from Napier Close. The drive into Cairns can take from 20 minutes to 35 minutes depending on the traffic.

The street is generally quiet although noisy dogs are a problem at times. The street is quite dark at night due to a lack of street lights. The neighbours pretty much keep to themselves.

Overall it’s an okay place to live but using it as a stepping stone until you can move onto something better would be my recommendation.
