I don't understand some have sad experience in Richlands, which I never had. My kids ,teenagers, are happy as very convenient to go their high school, easy access to the city. 15~20mins drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre or GardenCity Shopping Centre. 30mins rom Richlands station to Central station.
Not often crazy parties. Only twice last year I heard loud music but they were finished until 8pm.
